I have experience supporting in a wide range of settings, including, hospital, home, VBAC, epidural, and unmedicated births. I am passionate about supporting and empowering mothers during this vulnerable and transformational time, by providing mothers with emotional, physical, and informational support throughout the birth experience.
My doula services are available on a sliding scale. My package includes a back-up doula, two private prenatal meetings, in-home early support before going to the hospital, hands-on active support during labor and birth and support and guidance for the partner, up to 3 hours immediate post-birth support, and a postpartum follow up meeting.
