I believe that children are a blessing from our Heavenly Father as a reward and heritage to the child’s mother and father. I became a Birth, Post-Partum, and Pregnancy Loss Doula to help encourage and empower family’s through this special season of life, so that the memories of this time may be a blessing and not a trauma.

I am here to Empower, Advocate, Coach, Inform, and Comfort mothers through the process of growing family’s. I aid mothers in a variety of ways including counter-pressure, visualization, information surrounding your birth experience, coaching you through contractions, advocating your birth plan and wishes, empowering you with confidence in yourself and your body, and comforting you through the way.
